Veggie Frittata
I normally don't follow recipes off of the food box, but this one I couldn't pass up.

I really appreciate the Morningstar plug. Their "meat" products are just awesome. They don't try to match the taste and unique qualities of real meat, but instead give you a similarly protein rich and filling experience via quality veggie patties that realize they're veggie patties.
ReplyDeleteLove their chick'n patties and burgers (WAY better than bocas, they're yuck!). Haven't tried the bac'n. How is it?
I love the bacon. Tastes very similar to real bacon, but doesn't have all the grease and fat. And my cats can't tell the difference :o)
