Peach Berry Jam, in short form.

We've been making a lot of jam at our house lately (and by "we" I mean me with a toddler stuck to my leg like a koala). There's so much yummy local fruit available, and something has to be done with it. I've never made jam before this summer, but I've been pleasantly surprised at how easy it is. I picked up a copy of 175 Best Jams, Jellies, Marmalades and other Soft Spreads and have been slowly working my way through my favorite recipes. This is the latest batch: Peach Strawberry. Yummm.
