2 cups corn
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/2 med green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 med red bell pepper, chopped
1-2 green chiles, diced
1/2 tsp paprika
A dash of salt
Instructions
1. In a medium pan, saute onion and peppers in olive oil or a splash of water until tender.
2. Add corn, chiles, and liquid as needed and heat thoroughly.
3. Add spices and serve!
